"Green" poultry: assessment
Wash the string beans and cut them into approx. 2 cm long pieces. Put them into salty water and cook al dente. Seasoning the beans after cooking with pepper, nutmeg and salt. Wash the red peppers and dice them. Having the chicken legs triggered. Cut them into small pieces. Roast them in a pan by using hot oil.
Roast the almond pins briefly in caramelized sugar. Attention: Goes very fast!
Produce a marinade out of vinegar, oil, onion spice, salt and pepper. Decorate the chicken and the salad on a plate. Gently put the marinade over the salad.
