Sweet spear with colored sauce: assessment
Solving the red currants of the peduncle. Mixing them with few sugar and mash them by using a fork to a sauce (apart from one small portion for decoration purposes). Open the can with the green figs and add the fig juice to the mashed red currants. Mix everthing together with a cup of whipped cream.
Wash the gooseberries. Alternately put the gooseberries, the green figs and the Porki Linoss on the spears.
Serving the colored sauce per a gooseberry, a Porki Linos and the red currant on a plate. Attention: Grill the spears just briefly!
