Rules

We try to hold at least two cooking duels a year.

These are the rules:

  • Lots decide who can cook or shop together.
  • Shopping expenses are not limited.
  • A starter & main course or main course & dessert must be cooked.
  • From a selection of topics, a topic for cooking is determined in advance by drawing lots. Topics can be, for example: regions, special dishes, special colors for the ingredients, etc.
  • For the cooking there is no time limit.

This is the basic equipment for cooking:

  • Vinegar and oil, milk, cream, butter, margarine, eggs, wine, flour, cornstarch, cocoa, honey, jam, spices and various kitchen equipment (e.g. toothpicks).
  • Some special items in the respective kitchen (e.g. herbs and spices) are also considered basic equipment.
