This year we visited the Christmas market in Augsburg. After arriving at the station, we met up with Thorsten and Bettina. We then stopped off at “Das Wirtshaus unter dem Bogen”. The food was very delicious.
After refreshments, we went to the Christmas market. After a short walk, we had a mulled wine, punch or eggnog. This time we also bought something. There were cushions (Ronny) and funny shot glasses (Peter). A crêpe was of course mandatory again. On the way back to the station, there was another delicious hot drink.
After arriving at the main station in Munich, things got a bit chaotic. There was no S-Bahn through the main line. But we did manage to get to Ostbahnhof by subway. Unfortunately, we then had to wait a bit. Since there were no announcements at the station we had to look for our platform for the S-Bahn. The journey home therefore took about 2 hours.
