Starters: Lettuce

Cut and wash the lettuce, peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Wash the peppers and also cut into pieces. Wash and quarter the radishes. Also clean the mushrooms, cut them into small pieces and sauté them in a pan with a small amount of oil. Cut the shepherd's cheese into cubes.

For the salad dressing mix mustard, honey, vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the salad in a bowl, add some of the mushrooms and the dressing. Finally add a teaspoon of crème fraîche on top.
