Dessert: Cêpe a la surprise

Make a crêpe dough consisting of flour, eggs and milk. Bake the crêpes in a hot pan with a little bit of butter.

Peel the apples and pears and remove the core. Cut everything into small pieces. Also cut the prunes into pieces. Caramelize sugar in a pan and then add the finely chopped fruits. Sprinkle with a small amount of cinnamon. Cook the fruits until they are al dente.

Put a crêpe on the plate and coat one half with yoghurt. Add some honey, palm syrup and walnuts to the yoghurt and fold in the middle. Put the caramelized fruits and a few grapes next to the crêpe on the plate.
