Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Cut the mini croissant into halves. Mix the curd cheese with a little bit of sugar and the vanilla pudding powder. Add milk and eggs and stir the mixture.
Place the lower side of the croissants in a casserole dish. Spread the apple pieces in the form around the croissants and sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon.
Then put the milk curd cheese mixture over the apples in the casserole dish and place the top of the croissants on top. Bake the Pandowdy in the oven and then garnish with some melted block chocolate.
