Cut the onions into small pieces. Peel and dice the vegetables (carrots, potatoes and kohlrabi).Slice the sausages and the leeks.
Sauté the onions, add finely chopped garlic and the vegetables. Sear everything and then deglaze with water.
Season the hotpot with salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme, oregano and grained stock. Drain the chickpeas and the green beans and add to the sausage and leek slices.
Serve the hotpot with a bun.
