Wash the fish and remove the fins and the tail. For the filling cut a carrot and zucchini into small pieces. Season the fish with smoked salt,pepper, lime juice, butter and garlic and then fill it with the chopped carrots and zucchini. Cover the fish with dill and baste with a bit of oil. Then wrap up the fish in aluminum foil and cook it in the oven.
Cook the potatoes.
Quarter the zucchinis and sauté in a pan, season with salt, pepper and garlic. Fry chopped onions and add the spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Then add chopped carrots and zucchini and cook for 10 minutes.
Make a dip from table horseradish, yoghurt, some milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
