Starters: "Mole soup" with redstart

Assessment

Peel carrots, celery and white turnip and cut into small pieces. Peel one onion, cut into small pieces and sear in a pot. Then add the vegetables and steam.

Deglaze with water (vegetables should be completely covered) and steam until done. Just before done add some fresh grated ginger.     

Break up the vegetables add some cream and season with salt, pepper, red pepper, lime juice, ginger powder and soy sauce. 

Roast the prawns in a pan with oil and garlic. Crush the peanuts.

Arrange the soup with the prawns and the peanuts.
