Dessert: Kiwi-eggs (Pavlova)

Assessment

Whisk stiff the egg white of 12 eggs (unfortunately this was way too much) and mix with 400 g of sugar, some vinegar, 12 tablespoons of water and 14 teaspoons of starch. Place the mixture on a baking paper and bake at 150 °C for 45 minutes. Afterwards switch off the oven and let it cool down in the oven.

Whisk stiff some cream, peel the kiwis and cut in half, wash the strawberries and quarter.

Place the Pavlova on a plate, coat with the cream and decorate with the fruits.
