Main dish: Goulash made from sausages with oven potatoes

Assessment

Place the potatoes on a banking tray, season with salt, rosemary and herb provencal. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Cut the sausages, mushrooms, corncobs and one onion in small pieces. Sear the onion and the sausages. Then add the Letscho, mushrooms and corncobs and cook it until done. Season to taste with ketchup, salt, pepper, oregano, marjoram, chili, cayenne pepper, paprika and garlic.

Sear the French beans and small pieces of onions in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
