Wash the strawberries. Afterwards puree the strawberries and season to taste with honey, orange juice, Balsamico vinegar and pepper. Peel the oranges, cut into small pieces and heat up carefully.
Cut the Turkey into small pieces and impale part of the pieces on toothpicks. Season with salt, pepper and sweet pepper. Sear the spits and the filets in a pan and cook until done.
Roast the almonds in a pan and add some sugar. Caramelize the roasted almonds in the sugar.
Spread the strawberry puree on a plate. Decorate the orange pieces, the filet and the spits. Place the caramelized almonds on the filet.
