Peel the pears, cut into quarters and remove the seeds. Dissolve sugar in a pan and caramelize the pears. Wash the tomatoes and cut in pieces.

Wash the lettuces and cut in small pieces.

To make the dressing mix olive oil, white vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper and herbage Italian style. Decorate everything on a plate.
