Main dish: John Dory Fish Landlord Style

Assessment

Wash the potatoes and cook until done. Peel the potatoes while they are still hot and squeeze through a potato ricer. Mix with 3 egg york, flour and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Form small Gnocchi from the mixture and cook in boiling salt water.

Wash the carrots and the zucchini and cut them into thin stripes. Blanch the vegetable stripes in salt water.

Dry the fish with a few sheets of kitchen roll and pace afterwards a few drops of lemon juice on it. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika and granulated stock and cover the fish with the mixture. Afterwards fry the fish in a pan.

To get gravy cut onions in small pieces and sweat in a pan. Add water, cream and a small amount of granulated stock. Season to taste with dill, herbage Italian style, salt, pepper, some chili and garlic powder. Slightly thicken the gravy.
